Azerath #17 "The Fear, the Foomph! the Fury!"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Due September 2008
Baelkin's reputation as a ruthless killer is well earned. Saved by the sorcerer Azderc after his impetuous attempts to kill the King as a youth, Baelkin has spent a lifetime training to be a murderer for hire. Back in Azerath for the first time since his youth, Baelkin may have finally met his match, not in the Half demon warrior Kailyn, but in a person so powerful that even the great Azderc feared him. A dark sorcerer, so long out of practice that his very power seems forgotten and unlikely in the extreme.

Azerath #16 "Demonology Compendium"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON New for June 2008
They lurk in shadows, sucking the air from around them. They pounce upon the unwary with tooth and talon. They maim, wound, kill, ravage, eviscerate and menace. They are the bane of every hero's existence, a constant threat that pursues them throughout their journey, and they are ALWAYS close. They are the demons, and without them the world of Azerath would be FAR less interesting. This volume collects details from 24 of the most common demons into one book, providing the story BEHIND the fear, and leaving no doubt about who the real stars of the series are.

Azerath #15 "The Indefinite Game"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON New for March 2008
When is a chasm not a chasm? When it has a lovely bed of petunias to break up the line of the chasm wall and partition the wall space into two separate rooms. Ideally such a chasm would also have a floating dinner party half way down with west facing natural light, a complete disregard for the laws of time and space, and the requisite rickety bridge guarded by an obsessive but unfit Ogre.

Azerath #8 "Not So Merry Men"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released January 2006
Robyn's great great great great grandfather didn't have modern concerns like the lack of quality food in the forest, or Demons eating all your poor people. In the Merry forest world you take what you can get. So if you happen to stumble across a drunken Bergus sleeping nearby, you certainly wouldn't look that gift meal in the mouth. The only thing standing between Bergus and Bergus schnitzel with potatoes is the chance that Kailyn might happen to stumble by in a bad mood. Luckily for him, nothing is likely to put Kailyn in a fouler mood than what happened last issue...

Azerath #7 "The Market Place"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released October 2005
The world is a wonderful place. Sunlight is streaming through the bloodwood trees for the first time in months, love is shimmering in the air, and the marketplace is buzzing with everything the world has to offer (and quite afew things it doesn't). In a mythical gathering place that features bad apples, bad hot dogs, not-so-bad fried cats and a collection of animals that probably don't really exist it would be impossible for anyone not to let their guard down just a little. Maybe to buy just one Horsie? Sometimes the worst things happen at the happiest times, and market time is certainly a happy time...

Azerath #6 "Love. Honour and obedience."
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released July 2005
Its about time the Queen started exacting vengeance from her incompetent minions even if it means some minor inconvenience for our heroes. The Fieshalon and The Wood Nymphs are about to find out the costs of failing to fulfil the Queen's desires in a deadly way. Vengeance in the forest is a dangerous thing though, and when you happen to be an ageless mythical creature, there are far worse punishments than death or torture...

Azerath #5 "Past Evils"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released April 2005
Behind every story is a past, and an explanation. In a magical glade, Kailyn and company are about to hear an explanation in the Queen's own words (more or less). There'll be blood, pirates, more blood, a magical stone, probably some more blood and a healthy freeing of the slaves. A story like that might just be the scariest thing any of them have ever heard. It would certainly be the key to knowing the queen's weaknesses... If they could only tell how much of the story was true.

Azerath #4 "Not So Sacred Ground"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released January 2005
Imagine one man, in a fit of unwavering faith building a chapel in the centre of a forest. That man's name would be Migen Phensic and he would be the happiest man in the entire world. His fondest wish would be that one-day someone might actually be there to hear his sermon. Sadly, for Migen Phensic, the arrival of Kailyn, Bergus and Loisatia might not just shatter his illusions about Azerath it might also shatter his chapel.

Azerath #3 "Willow"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released October 2004
This item is rated: Teen
A funny thing happened this morning. Bergus was sure he'd seen a tree move. It wasn't a shadow (Bergus sees them move all the time). Instead it looked like it was about 5-foot tall, semi naked, and female. It also appeared to be following him around. Bergus would have mentioned it to Kailyn but she seemed rather busy trying to fight the 8-foot tall fire-breathing demon. If Bergus had actually heard about wood Nymphs he probably would have been far more concerned.

So when her fiance left to join the merchant navy on the eve of their wedding, Loisatia wasn't the sort of girl to take it lying down. Little did she know that her fast path to the ocean would lead her through the centre of the Azerath Forests and into the path of our heroes, the lost and confused Kailyn and Bergus. Together they're completely useless. To top it all off, the reigning villain (and "queen" of the forest) suddenly decides to make her presence felt to the group.

Azerath #1 "The Forest's Edge"
Writing by DANIEL LAWSON Art by RYAN WILTON Released April 2004
In the southern edges of the forest Azerath lies the small town of Nerumeth. It is a peaceful place, with a fistful of local residents. Each night, as sunset looms, these villagers light the flaming barrier that protects their village from the demons of the forest and then retire to a secure corner where they can cower in terror to pray for the next morning to arrive. It has been this way for over 300 years, and Bergus is just starting to feel at home.
