Today all but two of the original Awakasi researchers are dead. Dr Lek Tribe can't take any chances, and enlists The Watch for his protection. Susan Mathews, the team's newest recruit, is assigned the case.

The Watch as we knew them have been torn apart by a war in the shadows. Abbadon has taken the life of Xenia. The Fisher has turned his back on the team. We meet new recruits and see old friends in action as The Watch become engaged in a brutal siege. This issue also contains a backup feature - this time featuring the artwork of NICOLA SCOTT.
